BigONE was founded in 2017 with the goal of becoming a reputable cryptocurrency trading platform. Over those four years it has grown into a world-renowned cryptocurrency exchange that users love, by providing safe, convenient, and fast services to millions of users worldwide.

2021 is a special year, with the pandemic raging. Despite these conditions, the price of Bitcoin surpassed $69,000, setting a new all-time high. Everyone’s expectations were exceeded by the bull market, and more and more people started paying attention to cryptocurrency.

BigONE has over 300 team members worldwide in 2021, including operations, products, R&D, risk control, and customer service. The fact that BigONE’s team members are able to maintain a great exchange service, is reflected in the number of users and transaction volume which is increasing steadily.

To ensure it continues to provide improved services to users worldwide, BigONE completed more than 300 system upgrades and optimizations in 2021, as well as 42,671 customer service requests with an average response time of 31s, with more than 95% of customer problems resolved within one hour. Customer satisfaction reached 99.54% after the solution was completed.

So far, BigONE has over 5.5 million registered users worldwide, with an average monthly active user count of nearly 800,000. New users are primarily from the Americas, and Europe, and the number of users in Asian countries and regions is also increasing rapidly.

Google search engine data confirmed that BigONE-related keyword searches have increased by more than 400% since 2020. According to data from websites like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko, BigONE’s average daily transaction volume in 2021 will exceed $700 million.

BigONE believes that the year 2022 will see the rise of the metaverse, DeFi, and NFTs. In addition, that as more use cases emerge, the current structure of the cryptocurrency industry will change. It will no longer be limited to providing cryptocurrency trading services to users in the future. BigONE will launch the ‘Blind Box’ airdrop event for the fourth-anniversary celebration to thank every user for their care, companionship, and support for us, and we sincerely invite users from all over the world to share this Christmas carnival with us.

This event will take place from 11:00 (GMT+8) on December 24, 2021, to 11:00 (GMT+8) on December 31, 2021, with a focus on new and old user feedback and products. The two primary themes are early adopters and welfare.

Activity 1: Feedback from new and old users

New users who register during the event and complete an unlimited number of deposits or transactions (spot/futures) will receive a blind box airdrop reward worth $3-$100, with a total of 200 copies available, one copy per person, on a first come, first served basis. SHIB, ONE, USDT, PEOPLE, USDT experience gold, and other equivalent tokens are among the ‘blind box’ airdrop currencies.

For three consecutive days on December 24, 25, and 26 at 15:00 (GMT+8), we will distribute an airdrop benefit worth around $3-$20 in the BigONE community. Every day, 30 places are available. Activity 2: Early adopter benefits

During the event, if you add liquidity to BigONE liquid mining products for the first time and become a user of the liquidity provider, and the liquidity lock-up period is more than three consecutive days, each person can get $5 or equivalent SHIB rewards, a total of 100 copies, on a first come, first served basis.
